Daylight, quiet, ready
An 80 m² studio with large windows, a white cyclorama, a kitchen set and a dressing room. Lighting, backdrops and props available to rent. We also rent the space for workshops and small events.

SERENITAS LLC ("Serenitas", "we") provides public relations, advertising, media placement, market and opinion research, design, photography and consulting services, and rents premises and equipment. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Clients and studio renters
Contacts, bookings, contracts and payments. Renters' equipment deposits are recorded until the equipment is returned.
3. People in photographs
We photograph people only with their consent, documented in a model release that states how images may be used. You may ask us not to use images of you in our own portfolio at any time.
4. Journalists and media contacts
We keep professional contact details of journalists, published or provided by them, to send relevant information. Each message includes a way to ask us to stop.
5. Research participants
Surveys and focus groups are voluntary. Focus groups may be recorded with consent; recordings are used only for analysis and deleted after the project. Results are reported in aggregate.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent (photography, research), legitimate interests (media relations), legal obligations (tax).
7. Recipients
Media outlets (as instructed by clients), printers, payment providers, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Model releases: as long as the images are used.
- Research recordings: deleted after the project.
- Contracts: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
